What to bring, what to expect, and how payment works.
Before your visit
- Bring a photo ID. Required for all appointments.
- Arrive 15 minutes early if you are a new patient, to complete intake paperwork.
- List your medications. Bring a list of current medications and any relevant medical records.
Payment
- Transparent pricing. Service fees are provided up front — call us for current pricing on any service.
- Payment methods. Payment is collected at the time of service. Call ahead with questions about a specific service.
Appointments & walk-ins
- Scheduling. Call (305) 264-4940 or use the online form. We typically respond within one business day.
- Walk-ins. Accepted when the schedule allows — calling ahead is always best.
- Rescheduling. Call as early as you can so we can offer the slot to another patient.
Results & records
- Test results. Call the front desk. Results are reviewed with a clinician, not sent as an unexplained message.
- Medical records. Records requests are handled through the front desk and may require a signed release.
Language & privacy
- Se habla Español. Full care is available in English and Spanish.
- Confidentiality. Every visit, test, and record is handled under strict privacy practices.
